What happens on a discovery call
One conversation, no charge. We walk your current process end to end and tell you what we would automate first.
What we cover
We walk the process end to end
Where a job starts, who touches it, what gets written down, and where it stalls. The steps that only exist as habit are usually the ones worth automating.
We work out what the manual version costs you
Not a hypothetical saving. The double entry, the evening admin, and the calls that went unanswered are already happening every week, and we would rather name them out loud.
We name the first thing worth building
Usually one workflow, not all of them at once. The one that pays for itself soonest is also the one that proves the rest is worth doing.
We scope it and send a quote
Written against your process and priced to the work, not to a tier list. If it is not worth doing yet, we will say that instead.
Left to right: the same work before and after somebody writes it down. Nothing about it changes except that it becomes legible, which is most of what the forty-five minutes is for.
What you leave with
Bring whatever you already have: a notebook, a spreadsheet, a group chat. Nothing needs tidying up first.
Before you book
How long does the call take?
About forty five minutes. Longer if your process has several handoffs in it, and we would rather run over than cut the walkthrough short.
Does the discovery call cost anything?
No. The call and the written summary that follows it are free, and you are under no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever actually does the work. The owner is useful for priorities, but the person who books the jobs or chases the invoices is the one who knows where the process really breaks.
What if we are not ready to automate anything?
That is a normal outcome and a useful one. If nothing here is worth automating yet, we will tell you what would have to change first rather than sell you a build you do not need.
Ready to walk us through it
Tell us roughly what you do and where the admin piles up. We will take it from there.
